晴れた日には空に浮かんでいる譜石がはっきりと見えます。
この譜石の多くは、ローレライ教の始祖ユリア様が預言をお詠みになるためにお身体に取り込まれた第七音素が再び外界に出たときに結晶になったものです。
この譜石から予言を詠むことによって私たちも未来を知ることが出来るのです。

Yulia's Fonstones
On clear days, fonstones can be seen floating in the sky.
Most of these fonstones were formed when Yulia, founder of the Order of Lorelei, released the Seventh Fonon from her body back into the world, and those fonons crystallized.
We can learn the future by reading the Score from these fonstones.

我々の未来を映す『預言』は外れることがない。
そのため一年に一度、誕生の預言を詠んでもらい、一年間の心構えをするのである。
また、通例の儀式としては、二十歳で行う『成人の儀』がある。
それ以外にも「婚姻の儀」は、両人の意思があれば十六歳から行うことが許可されている。

Rituals of the Score
The future inscribed in the Score is completely accurate.
It is for this reason that we have our Birth Score read once a year, to provide guidance for the coming year.
Common ceremonies include the coming-of-age ceremony, performed at the age of twenty, and the marriage ceremony, which can be performed from the age of sixteen if both members consent.

王都バチカルは、譜石帯から落下してきた巨大な譜石の跡地に作られた街である。
譜石は鋭角に墜落したため大地をえぐり、大きな隆起を形成した。
先住民は隆起部分に居を構え生活をしていたが、より快適な環境を模索するべく、跡地の中心を開拓していく。

その後長い年月をかけて、海水を塞き止め、港を作り、陽を求めて建造物を上へと延ばしていった。
やがて、譜業や音機関革命が起き、多くの装置が設置されることとなる。
その産業活動や土地の広大さから、世界各地より住民が集まり、キムラスカの首都となっていった。

Building the Capital of Light (1)
Baticul, capital of Kimlasca, was created in the crater left by a gigantic fonstone that fell from the fonstone ring.
The fonstone fell at a nearly vertical angle, leaving a high rim around the hole it created. The first settlers made their homes on that rim, but later began developing the inside of the crater to obtain a more comfortable environment.

Building the Capital of Light (2)
Over many years, the seawater was dammed up, and a port was built; buildings grew higher and higher as they searched for sunlight. Later, the fontech and fon machine revolution led to the installation of machines throughout the city.
This industrial activity and the wideness of the land drew people from around the world, and the city eventually became the capital of the kingdom.

「譜業」とは音素（フォニム）を使ったからくり技術一般を指す。
その譜業を発生させる装置一般を「音機関」と呼ぶ。
キムラスカ王国は譜業に長け、様々な音機関を開発し繁栄を遂げてきた。

Prosperity through Fontech and Fon Machines
"Fontech", or "fonic technology", refers to the use of fonons in mechanical devices.
The devices created through the use of fontech are called "fon machines".
Unlike Malkuth, the kingdom of Kimlasca has invested significant effort in fontech, developing many kinds of fon machines which have led to today's prosperity.

キムラスカ王国は、譜業に特化したシェリダン、音機関研究に秀でているベ
ルケンドという街を領土に治めている。
これらの街で開発された音機関はキムラスカで重宝され、生活に無くてはならないものとなった。
代表的なものでは、天空客車、昇降機などがある。

Kimlasca's Fontech
Kimlasca inculdes the cities of Sheridan, specializing in fonic technology, and Belkend, the center of fontech research, in its lands.
The fon machines developed in these cities are treasures throughout the kingdom, and form an invaluable part of everyday life.
The aircars and elevators in Baticul are just two examples of this technology.

マルクトに輸送された陸間の全貌を記す。
譜業による武器を装備しているが、砲台横ある譜術台に譜術士が入って詠唱し譜術による攻撃を行うことができる。
浮力推進は、第五音素力（火）によって行なわれ、艦底部分に譜陣が浮かんでいる。
陸上装甲艦としてはマルクトには全部で七艇が配備された。
一艇あたりの定員は約六百六十名。

The Land Dreadnaught Tartarus
The landship exported to Malkuth is equipped with fontech-based weapons, but it is also possible for fonists to attack with fonic artes from beside those weapons.
Levitation and propulsion is provided by a fonic glyph at the base of the landship, using the Fifth Fonon.
A total of seven of these landships have been deployed in Malkuth.
Each ship can carry up to 660 personnel.

いにしえより、ランバルディア王系に誕生する正当な後継者は、赤い髪と緑の瞳を併せ持つ者だけである。
その証を以って、ランバルディア王家の一族と認め、これを王位継承の最優先事項とする。

The Mark of the Lanvaldear Royal Family
Since generations past, proper successors born to the Lanvaldear royal family have consistently had red hair and green eyes.
These features serve as proof of royalty and are of top priority when determining the order of succession.

The manned aircraft in development at Sheridan: still in development at the time of writing (ND 2016).
The craft is planned to be 24 meters long and 8 meters wide, and will be able to carry around 20 passengers and crew.
The theory of flight has been fully developed, and once sustained flight has been attained, it will be a matter of time before the craft's development is complete. Malkuth in Haste
Perhaps provoked by the development by our great kingdom Kimlasca of the Albiore aircraft, the Malkuth Empire recently ordered a new landship from Sheridan. However they try, such landships could never be used to attack Kimlasca, and will likely serve only for strolling around the Rugnica Plains.
The development costs paid by Malkuth will provide an excellent boost to our kingdom's coffers.
